Alarm clocks are not the best of sounds for me … in fact, alarms are banished from our household … Ray wakes me with coffee instead … much easier for me!

Haha–I had an alarm clock that decided it was its own boss. It went off at 4 in the morning randomly and thought you pushed the snooze button when you turned it off. I got fed up and unplugged it and it still went off! I finally threw it down the stairs. It still went off! I can understand why Captain Hook doesn’t like alarm clocks

It was an interesting coincidence; the first two lines could definitely have described that. But it’s actually about a story I heard about two roommates. One of them has crackly joints in the morning which woke the other one up and made her angry
