Ineffective Communication

Reality is a dream
Dreams are concrete
Cold, hard concrete
Uncomfortable, no-
Painful, no-
Excruciating, maybe-
If only words could describe
But I’m not bilingual
I can only speak one half of the daily bisection:
The daytime dialect

Dreams are a mystery to me, David. Sometimes I can make perfect sense of them, other times they are simply bizarre. Nice writing.

Can’t remember if you’ve seen this one yet: http://charleslmashburn.wordpress.com/2011/09/04/blood-on-the-moon-2/

Thanks! I’d like to give you feedback on your poem (which I hadn’t seen yet, so thanks for linking it) but my ADD is kicking in so I think I’ll hold off for a bit ๐Ÿ™‚

Dreams are still a wonder to all and do they show us what tomorrow will bring or what life could be. They leave behind a lot of questions in our mind

    very powerful thought on dreams.

the sad fact of single minded reality is brilliantly shown here.
