Now I lay me down to sleep

And library books are overdue
And now I’m feeling famished, quite
And research papers still to write
And now it’s really late at night
And now I’m staring at the screen
And reading obscure magazine
And now I jot a note or two
And now I want some stronger brew
And just like that the night is through.
