He Was Everything in Particular

He was a room with a view

He was a boat tied to the dock
And the storm was coming in;
He was the last light on in the library
Shining on Hester Prynne.

He was the lyrics you couldn’t remember
When singing your favorite song–
He was sandals and shorts in December;
He was everything right and yet wrong.

    Well everything’s right and nothing’s wrong about his eulogy. Love it.

    Geez. This is awesome. You are so good. I loved the Hester Prynne reference. That carries a whole backstory of connotation. Every line is my favorite.

    The last stanza…such a timeless truth…just love how it resonates with that. Excellent. 🙂
